Sartolab P20 Pressure Filter Units

Sartolab P20 and P20 plus can be attached to a membrane pump or tube pump to quickly and reliably sterilise 100ml to 5litres of tissue culture media and aqueous solutions. The combination of a large filtration area (20cm2) and an automatic de-aeration ensures high flow rates and optimal total throughputs.

Any trapped air vents through a water-repellent PTFE membrane, ensuring that the whole filter surface is utilized during filtration. Often the total filterable volume can even be doubled due to an integrated binder-free glass fibre prefilter as with the Sartolab P20 plus.

• Typical flow rate for water and the Sartolab P20 is 250ml/minute at one bar of pressure.
• Option of either a hose nipple inlet connection or a luer lock inlet connection.
